Information you choose to provide
The quotation form may collect your name, work email, company, current website, chosen service, preferred timing and the project information you enter. We use this information to understand your enquiry, reply to you and manage any conversation that follows.
AI-assisted enquiry assessment
Kincora may use carefully configured automation and AI services to classify an enquiry, research the business website you provide, identify design and search opportunities, and prepare a draft response or homepage concept. These materials are decision-support tools: a person reviews them before any response or concept is sent. We do not intentionally use enquiry contents to train a public AI model.
Public business research and relevant outreach
Kincora may identify Irish businesses through licensed Irish public-sector company data, public business websites and information the business has made public. Research is limited to preparing an internal shortlist and assessing whether a specific Kincora service is genuinely relevant. We do not buy bulk marketing lists or collect sensitive personal information.
A legitimate interest may support proportionate internal business research, but it does not by itself authorise unsolicited electronic marketing. Kincora will only send marketing email where there is a recorded lawful basis under Ireland’s electronic marketing rules, such as clear consent or a qualifying existing-customer relationship. Opt-outs and objections are recorded in a suppression list so the person or business is not contacted again.
Website measurement
Analytics is only activated when a measurement container has been configured and you choose to accept analytics. The resulting information may include pages viewed, approximate location, device information, referrer and the conversion actions taken on the site. We do not intentionally send the contents of the quotation form to analytics.
Service providers
Website hosting, authenticated email delivery, private workflow automation, AI processing and optional analytics may involve specialist providers acting on Kincora’s behalf. They receive only the information needed to provide the relevant service. Submitted project details are not sold or added to third-party marketing lists.
Retention and security
Enquiry information is kept only for as long as it is reasonably needed to respond, manage a potential or active client relationship, meet business record requirements or resolve a dispute. Publicly researched prospects that are not selected for relevant outreach are deleted on a short schedule. When someone opts out, only the minimum information needed to honour that choice is retained in the suppression list. Reasonable technical and organisational measures are used to protect information, but no internet transmission can be guaranteed completely secure.

You can ask what personal information Kincora holds about you, request a correction or deletion where applicable, or object to certain uses including direct marketing.
